NSTSE follows CBSE syllabus but Question Papers are also
suitable for Students of ICSE/ISC and Various State Board/Matriculation
Syllabi.

Date of Examination : 25-01-2009 (Sunday)
Time : 10:30 A.M. to 12:00 Noon
Exam Fee
Students who wish to appear for the NSTE are required
to pay an examination fee of Rs. 100/- + Rs. 15/- towards
Student’s Performance Report (SPR).
Students desirous of referring to previous year’s
question papers should add Rs. 40/- for a set of 3 Question
papers. This set is a combination of previous NSTSE Question
papers/Model Question papers.

Model Question Papers
Students who wish to get a set of Question Papers can
do so by adding an additional Rs. 40/-. (This set is a
combination of previous NSTSE Question papers and model
question papers). All together 3 papers.

Scholarships & Awards
Gold Medals & Cash Awards (or) Scholarships for the
first 3 in each class (Ranks 1-3)
(i) The First ranker in each class will be awarded with
a Gold Medal and laptop Computer + a Memento
(ii) The Second ranker in each class will be awarded
a Gold Medal and a Desktop Computer + a Memento.
(iii) The Third ranker in each class will be awarded
with a Gold Medal and a Cash Prize Rs. 5000/- + a Memento.
(iv)
A. The next 7 rankers in each class (Ranks 4-10)
of classes III-VI & X-XII will be awarded a cash
prize of Rs. 1000/-.
B. The next 7 rankers in each class (Ranks 4-10) of classes
VII-IX will be awarded with Ambition IIT/AIEEE material
worth Rs.1500/-.
(iv) The next 15 rankers in each class (Ranks 11-25)
of classes iii-x will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 500/-
All the above toppers will be awarded with a Britannica
Encyclopedia – 2008 edition CD pack worth Rs.
995/-
(v) Rankers from 26-100 from each class will be awarded
with a Britannica Encyclopedia CD Pack worth Rs. 995
+ BMA’s Talent Exams Resource Book From M/S. Brain
Mapping Academy.
All the rankers from 11-100 of class VII to IX will be
offered a discount Coupon of 50% (Rs.750) on Ambition
IIT/AIEEE material.
CONSOLATION PRIZES
Top
three rankers in each class from the selected cities
(other than 100 top rankers in each class) will be awarded
with a Britannica Concise Encyclopedia - 2008 edition
CD worth Rs.995/-. All the city rankers of class VII
to IX will be offered a discount coupon of 25% (Rs.
375/-) on Ambition IIT/AIEEE/MBBS material.
Note:
City Rank (for every Class) will be declared for
the classes having a minimum of 500 students in a
